SnG Payouts
A Sit-and-Go (SNG) tournament is a type of poker tournament that starts once a specified number of players have registered. Unlike scheduled tournaments, there is no set start time. The payouts in SNG tournaments are predetermined and typically reward the top few finishers.

Put your % value for the first three ranked players ensuring the total value at 100. Here’s how SNG payouts work, with an example to illustrate:
How SNG Payouts Work
Prize Pool Creation
The prize pool is generated from the buy-ins paid by all participants.
For example, in a single-table SNG with 9 players each paying a $10 buy-in, the prize pool would be $90.
Payout Structure
The payout structure is usually tiered, rewarding the top 2 or 3 finishers.
The exact distribution depends on the tournament rules and the number of participants.
Example of a Single-Table SNG Payout
Let’s consider a 9-player SNG with a $90 prize pool.

Detailed Example
Imagine you enter a 9-player SNG with a $10 buy-in, creating a $90 prize pool. The payout structure rewards the top 3 players as follows:
1st Place: 50% of the prize pool ($45)
2nd Place: 30% of the prize pool ($27)
3rd Place: 20% of the prize pool ($18)
Scenario
You finish in 1st place, winning $45.
The player who finishes 2nd wins $27.
The player who finishes 3rd wins $18.
The remaining 6 players do not receive any prize money.
SNG payouts are straightforward and are designed to reward the top performers. The structure is predetermined, ensuring players know exactly what they can win before the tournament starts. This format is popular for its simplicity and quick turnaround, allowing players to participate in multiple SNGs in a short period.
